Berkshire Photographer Sapna Odlin began her own lockdown project during Covid-19 photographing local families to tell their own "lockdown stories". After grabbing the attention of the BBC, local media and even the Duchess of Cambridge (!), she realised this was more than just a lockdown project.
That's when Exi was called: to design & manage the making of the project into a sleek coffee-style photobook.
Concept & Design
Doortraits is a photobook about the lives of people during lockdown. It was important to capture the emotion of the stories as well as show all through the eyes of Sapna in true black & white sleek style.
Beginning with a single moodboard; two worlds collided and instantly, we encapsulated Sapna's desires.
